Fee Structure:
Warning Letter: No charge (Initial reminder).
First Violation: $25
Second Violation: $50
Third Violation: $100
Fourth Violation: $250
Any Violation Thereafter: $500

Please ensure that payments and community rules are adhered to in order to avoid escalating fees.
